Harry Potter is one of the greatest film franchises the world has ever seen. It has a huge fan base, many of which are able to resist sections or first chapters of Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone. The books and films are filled with characters and stories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. The characters in the Harry Potter films and books have influenced a generation, influenced people’s perception of the world and the contents in it.
Many people are able to escape the troubles of their life and find a home and comfort in Hogwarts.
Without Harry Potter, my life wouldn’t be exactly the same, and I know this would be the same for other people as well. What people talk for granted is the magic of the Harry Potter books and films. They way it captivates the audience and readers are truly magic.
Since the books ended almost a decade ago, the world’s carried on creating the world of Harry Potter and Witchcraft and Wizarding.
The first Harry Potter film came out in 2001, over 15 years ago. It captivated the hearts and minds of many young children, and for them, it was their first introduction into the world of magic and mythical creatures. We were first introduced to The Boy Who Lived, Dumbledore, The Weasley Family, Hagrid, and the wonderful world of magic. Honestly, the world hasn’t looked back since.
But how well do you know the first Harry Potter film? Can you remember all those important little details embedded in the film, like how many presents Dudley Dursley original thought he had?
This test will sort the die hard fans from the casual watchers.

For many young adults it a guilty pleasure to be cuddled up on the sofa or in bed (up to you really) watching some good old fashioned Disney films. Is there any better way to spend a day home?
For many young adults, we grew up with Disney films. They were a constant source of entertainment. Many of these films taught us a lesson. For example, Beauty and the Beast taught us to look for the beauty inside (or go for the man with a huge library). And Mulan taught me that you should help your family no matter what (under most circumstances).
Heroes come in all shapes and sizes, and my heroes come in the form of Disney characters.
For a lot of people, their introduction to Disney films was a defining moment in their childhood and helped mold them into the people they are today. So really we have Disney to thank for how we are… Well, mostly.
Disney films have played a huge part in every 90s child’s life, as well as being an influential part of the millennial generation. Admit it, you know at least a handful of Disney songs off by heart.
But the real question is if you’re a true die-hard Disney fan or simply nostalgic about films from your childhood.
Here are 10 questions which only true Disney fans will be able to answer. If you answer them correctly then you truly are a Disney die-hard, but if you don’t pass this quiz, then I fear you may be banished to the Shadow Lands… (Extra points if you get that reference.)
So, will you pass or fail?

Our vision is an incredible thing. While most of us complain about our eyesight, myself being one, we quite often take for granted the quality of our vision, and the amazing things it does. Without it, we would be in complete and utter darkness, with no clue as to where we are.
Not only that, but they help us steer clear of danger, and find our way out of a tricky situation. Think about it, how many times have you been saved by the fact that you’ve been able to see the danger? It’s painfully obvious, but it is something we do take for granted on a regular basis.
Good quality vision is key for many jobs and position. If you want to have a certain job, sometimes you need to have an expectional vision which most people don’t have. So, for example, if you wanted to be a pilot or a train driver, you would be required to take eye tests on a regular basis. Not only that, but you would also need to take a visual test, to make sure you can see and spot certain things while at work. For example, people who are color blind wouldn’t be able to become pilots because they need to be able to see a vast range of colors while at work. As strange as it sounds, once you think about all the lights and buttons, it makes sense.
Is your eyesight in tip top condition?
Only pilots can pass this visual test, if you can pass it, then it means you may have what it takes to be a pilot. Why not give it a try and let us know your result in the comment section below.

No one is stupid. We are all smart and have our own measures of cleverness. While you may not be traditionally clever in an academic sense, you may be smart in other ways. You could be street smart, business smart, or smart in a creative capacity.
The idea of being ‘stupid’ or ‘slow’ is old-fashioned and narrow-minded and totally against the world we live in. It’s essentially calling a square peg redundant because it doesn’t fit in a triangle shaped hole.
To many children’s educations are tossed to the side because from a young age we introduce harmful ideas like ‘smart’ and ‘stupid’ into their heads, and don’t go on to explain that there are many different forms of smart. While they may not take to reading like a duck does to water doesn’t mean they’re not bright. They’ll just have potential in other areas.
But, if that smart streak isn’t embraced and encouraged, then how do you expect people to be themselves and acknowledge their ideas. Also, if we disregard people as ‘stupid’ or ‘idiots’ how do you expect them to act any differently? They eventually, and unfortunately become a self for filling prophecy at your own hands.
So let’s find out what areas you’re smart in. Do you have a thirst for knowledge, or do you know how to handle yourself while you’re out and about?
Are you street smart, book smart, business smart, or does your intellect have a creative flare?

Ah Anchorman… Has any movie produced quite as many legendary moments as this one?
For those of us with a terrible sense of humour, Anchorman was the comedy film of 2004. Based in a TV news studio in 1970’s San Diego, thanks to news team Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd), Brick Tamlin (Steve Caroll) and Champ Kind (David Koechner), the film remains just as iconic (and hilarious) today as it was back then.
Seriously, my generation love this movie like Brick loves Lamp, and 12 years on we still quote it at EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY.
So how well do you remember the legend of Ron Burgundy?

Less than 3% of people are able to pass this test successfully! Most people who have already completed the test have been equated to having the colour perception that is parallel to that of an Art Teacher.
I just completed the test myself, and I discovered I’m in the 1% of people who are at “Genius Painter Level”, which apparently means You are in the 1% of the population who can see all of the colours across the spectrum. You have an eye for beauty and see colours in all their intensity and richness much like Picasso and Matisse. You have a unique sense of perception that is different from other people.
If you’re all about that Aesthetic and dig colour schemes, you should give this test a go and see if you’re getting the most out of your well-selected Pinterest boards!
